Booking conditions
- 50% of the total is payable at the time of booking.
- The balance is due 21 days before your arrival.
- Pets are welcome on request and at extra cost.
- A holiday civil liability insurance certificate will be requested when the property is booked.

Cancellation policy
In cases of force majeure — hospitalisation of the tenant, death of a close direct relative, national lockdown — a credit note valid for 18 months will be offered.
